Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive territory plans, sales targets, and business development priorities for the DTS product line
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives in collaboration with regional and cross-functional teams
• Support customers and sales teams with technical and commercial solutions to improve business conversion
• Manage key customer and partner interactions and recommend fit-for-purpose DTS solutions
• Generate market insights regarding customers, applications, competitors, and pricing to support growth decisions
• Coordinate sales tools, technical documentation, contracts, and reporting to support effective execution
• Contribute to product improvement, business reviews, and cross-functional planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, preferably with a specialization in Marketing
• 10–12 years of experience in sales, marketing, or contracts related to drilling equipment
• Knowledge of Surface and Underground mining
• Experience with Rotary and Raise Boring applications or Rock drilling tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Analytical and problem-solving approach with a collaborative mindset
