Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and implement integrated marketing strategies for the construction portfolio, including exhibitor, conference, and visitor campaigns.
• Develop personas, value propositions, and messaging for key target segments.
• Manage the content calendar across multiple channels including email marketing, social media, and digital platforms.
• Maintain show websites to ensure all information is up to date according to the campaign cycle.
• Execute strategic database building and ensure adherence to data governance and management policies.
• Copywrite and proofread all marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand messaging.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using GA, Power BI, and other analytics dashboards.
• Coordinate the design and production of all marketing collateral required for event delivery.
• Support show teams with market research and collateral for strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in exhibitions marketing is required.
• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in executing 360-degree marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as Adestra, PowerBI, Salesforce, or Google Analytics.
• Ability and willingness to travel for business and events.
• Strong copywriting skills and a keen sense of aesthetics.
