Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive exhibitor, delegate, sponsor, and visitor acquisition.
• Manage campaign timelines, critical paths, and marketing budgets to ensure ROI.
• Oversee event websites, digital platforms, mobile applications, and registration systems.
• Optimize multi-channel marketing across email, social media, PR, paid media, SEO/SEM, and print.
• Build and segment event databases to support targeted marketing while ensuring data compliance.
• Manage relationships with media partners, agencies, and suppliers, including negotiating promotional agreements.
• Coordinate the production of marketing collateral and provide onsite support during events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in events, exhibitions, or B2B marketing.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, database management, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
