Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing activities for the Education Summit & Exhibition to drive exhibitor participation and delegate acquisition.
• Design and execute integrated, localized marketing campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels.
• Localize global strategies to suit cultural, linguistic, and business nuances of the specific market.
• Manage the full marketing lifecycle, including website UX, SEO, social media, content marketing, and PR.
• Collaborate with sales, conference production, and digital teams to generate leads and deliver measurable results.
• Utilize market research and data analytics to refine audience segmentation and optimize campaign ROI.
• Oversee the production of localized marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Manage media partnerships, press releases, and on-site media coordination.
• Prepare post-event reviews and reports to inform future strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience at a mid-manager level.
• Proven experience in exhibition or event marketing is required.
• Strong strategy creation and critical path analysis skills.
• Advanced English proficiency for effective content adaptation and communication.
• Experience with budget management and decision-making.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using databases for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Experience with marketing automation, lead generation, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Familiarity with digital tools such as CMS, SEO, PPC, and social media management platforms.
