About the role
Responsibilities
- Fine-tune FleetPulse's outbound engine by owning the Clay and Lemlist stack, including list-building logic, campaign sequencing, and copy
- Launch and run the ABM program for enterprise and mid-market fleet accounts in collaboration with the VP of Commercial Operations
- Build and manage email nurture cadences within HubSpot from scratch
- Contribute to content and positioning work to shape product messaging for different buyer personas
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B marketing (demand gen, outbound, or content)
- Hands-on experience with outbound email platforms like Lemlist, Mailshake, or Instantly
- Proficiency in HubSpot for campaign ownership, list building, and attribution tracking
- Strong copywriting skills for clear and concise messaging
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance dashboards and adjust strategy
- Ability to operate as the most senior full-time marketer
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, fleet, supply chain, or transportation technology
- Experience with Clay for prospecting and enrichment workflows
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM data
- Experience building a marketing function from scratch at a startup or scale-up
