Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth.
• Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels.
• Produce high-quality marketing content, including social media posts, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and evolving customer needs.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-impact campaign assets.
• Manage social media platforms and community engagement to strengthen brand presence.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management on marketing KPIs and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media management.
• Experience managing multi-channel, performance-driven advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex campaign data.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets, including Forex, CFDs, Stocks, or Cryptocurrency, is highly advantageous.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams to deliver brand-consistent assets.
