Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative social media and communication campaigns to boost engagement.
• Create engaging content and manage community interactions to strengthen online presence.
• Optimize and monitor website performance to ensure accuracy and user engagement.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns to increase web traffic and generate quality leads.
• Manage company blogs, email marketing, and SEO efforts to drive visibility.
• Oversee the design of newsletters, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
• Organize and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for branding, PR, and lead generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, and brand management.
• Demonstrated experience with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Stellar written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification courses in digital marketing or advertising tools.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) for graphic design and video editing.
