Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced proposal environment
• Lead the development and coordination of RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses
• Collaborate with business development and technical teams to gather information and update content
• Develop brand-aligned sales collateral, including project descriptions, resumes, and interview presentations
• Provide quality assurance reviews for grammar, consistency, formatting, and client compliance
• Contribute to the marketing library with pursuit-related content and boilerplate
• Support regional client-facing initiatives such as tradeshows, events, and advertising

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience
• Proven experience leading RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses in a professional services environment
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint)
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong organizational, time management, and document layout skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry
