Marketing Manager Core Diagnostics EEMEAP

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans for the Core Diagnostics Immunoassay portfolio in alignment with global strategies
• Support pricing, positioning, and segmentation strategies to drive sales growth and portfolio competitiveness
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to provide actionable market intelligence
• Partner with affiliate Sales and Service teams to support commercial execution and field effectiveness
• Manage product lifecycle activities, including launch planning, campaign execution, and post-launch optimization
• Develop marketing materials, sales tools, and training content to enable effective field execution
• Track and report on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and key business KPIs
• Support demand planning, monthly reporting, and budget tracking to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing or sales within the diagnostics or medical device industry
• Mandatory experience working within an Immunoassay environment in the diagnostics market
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, international, and cross-functional environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional EEMEAP languages are a plus
