Responsibilities
- Execute localized promotional activities, including event marketing and coordination with direct sales staff
- Manage marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial parameters
- Develop distinctive pricing strategies and financial models for product packaging
- Translate business needs into market analysis to gain customer and product insights
- Analyze subscriber metrics and revenue to assess campaign performance against objectives
- Lead Go-To-Market and growth strategy sessions to drive regional focus
- Oversee end-to-end planning for major seasonal campaigns and hyperlocal initiatives
- Provide regular reporting and real-time performance updates to inform agile decision-making
- Conduct field visits to gather customer insights and frontline feedback
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant marketing work experience
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to design market insight studies
- Proven experience in budget management and financial tracking
- Expertise in campaign development and execution
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
