Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Build 360° brand and product campaigns in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications
• Manage marketing initiatives to drive traffic and brand presence in key cities, aligning with Retail and Client Engagement teams
• Coordinate with the Retail team to secure visibility in department store media, including seasonal catalogues and in-store signage
• Execute digital and OOH media plans in partnership with global media teams and external agencies
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of localized digital and print assets and copy
• Plan and develop local social media content calendars and activations, specifically for LINE
• Develop and execute brand event strategies that deliver both branding and commercial objectives
• Manage media and event budgets, establish KPIs, and report on ROI
• Monitor competitor initiatives and share insights with global and regional stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience in fashion marketing and media buying
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English (written and spoken)
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, technology, and digital communication
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional environment
