About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic initiatives across Brands, Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, and Consumer Experience.
- Transform consumer and market insights into actionable foresight to shape innovation pipelines and brand strategy.
- Drive brand positioning and communication to ensure consistency and relevance across all consumer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Sales and Key Accounts to optimize Route to Market strategies and support product launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and budget allocation.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Foster relationships with cross-functional teams and agency partners to drive brand awareness and market share.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economy, Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Marketing.
- Proven experience in FMCG marketing roles with exposure to brand management and commercial environments.
- Advanced understanding of research methodologies and strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Advanced Business English communication skills.
- Experience with Project Management, Agile, or Design Thinking methodologies.
