Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the China launch preparation for Mezigdomide by developing a comprehensive pre-launch plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Optimize marketing strategies and tactics to maximize business opportunities within the Multiple Myeloma (MM) market.
• Utilize Competitive Intelligence (CI) and deep understanding of MM market trends to drive strategy optimization.
• Engage Thought Leaders (TLs) through solid scientific communication, mapping academic needs and providing platforms to cascade core data.
• Facilitate value selling within allocated budgets and work closely with commercial stakeholders on tactics execution.
• Partner with the Worldwide MM-CELMoDs team to localize brand strategy and identify key engagement opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing management.
• Deep understanding of Multiple Myeloma (MM) market trends and unmet healthcare needs.
• Strong knowledge of Competitive Intelligence (CI) within the oncology or hematology space.
• Excellent scientific communication skills with the ability to engage high-level medical experts.
• Demonstrated ability to execute marketing tactics and manage commercial stakeholder relationships.
