Marketing Manager, Brand

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of marketing projects and integrated brand campaigns across the UAE and Kuwait.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with media, CRM, social, and PR teams to ensure consistent activation across ATL, OOH, digital, and in-app channels.
• Write insight-led creative briefs and manage the feedback and approval process with internal creative teams and external agencies.
• Track campaign KPIs and compile post-campaign reports to translate learnings into actionable recommendations.
• Manage campaign budgets and delivery timelines, proactively flagging risks to ensure efficient spend.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify brand-building opportunities and cultural moments.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or a related marketing discipline, ideally within the tech sector.
• Proven track record of managing integrated brand campaigns end-to-end across multiple channels and markets.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data to drive strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for working across cross-functional teams.
• Deep familiarity with the UAE and Kuwait markets, including local consumer behavior and cultural nuances.
