About the role
Responsibilities
- Pioneer a new commercial training business venture by establishing "Training as a Service" as a key value stream.
- Design, develop, and launch a customer-centric training curriculum from concept to market rollout.
- Manage the P&L, pricing strategy, and budget for the new training division to ensure profitable growth.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing strategy to support existing business and new ventures.
- Act as the senior brand guardian, translating technical solutions into compelling value propositions.
- Direct the digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, and marketing automation, to drive lead generation.
- Oversee presence at major national trade shows and customer events to ensure high ROI.
- Partner with sales leadership to analyze the pipeline and provide strategic insights for improved conversion.
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Sciences, or a comparable field.
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within the industrial, engineering, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record in business development or launching new products/service lines from the ground up.
- Strong experience in P&L management, business case development, and connecting marketing to financial outcomes.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics tools, including CRM and Google Analytics, to drive decision-making.
- Ability to blend high-level strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
