Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue through regular A/B testing
• Own the e-commerce function and deliver hyper-personalised customer experiences
• Plan, brief and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with commercial targets
• Use customer data and analytics to segment audiences and improve conversion
• Monitor key performance metrics and report on campaign ROI to stakeholders
• Collaborate with development teams on website improvements and UX enhancements
• Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners
• Support the organisation and execution of customer events

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing role within an e-commerce or B2B environment
• Strong track record of running A/B tests to drive revenue growth
• Hands-on experience with traditional marketing channels like direct mail and print
• Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics, GA4, and CRM/email platforms
• Experience delivering personalisation strategies on e-commerce websites
• Strong communication skills for writing engaging customer-facing content
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the print or packaging industries
• Design skills using Adobe Creative Suite
