Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead brand and marketing activity for UK Trains & Cruises properties
• Develop and deliver integrated 360° brand campaigns and tactical commercial campaigns
• Partner with General Managers, Revenue, Operations and Sales teams to support commercial objectives
• Coordinate with PR, Digital, Social, and Global Brand teams to ensure effective campaign execution
• Support brand positioning and guest experience through collateral, product messaging, and touchpoint enhancement
• Drive digital marketing performance across website, CRM, Search and Paid Media channels
• Support communications and social media activity for UK Trains & Cruises properties
• Monitor campaign performance, maintain reporting, and contribute to monthly business updates
• Manage budgets, supplier processes, purchase orders, and financial tracking

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in hospitality or luxury sectors
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in brand and marketing campaign execution
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and CRM
