Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted marketing campaigns for state and local law enforcement agencies
• Write briefs, coordinate creative assets, and manage campaign timelines
• Support field programs, digital campaigns, and cross-channel execution
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Events teams to drive demand and pipeline
• Work directly with customers to highlight and promote success stories in public safety
• Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting on results
• Utilize AI tools to generate draft messaging, repurpose content, and automate workflows

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in field marketing, campaign execution, or vertical marketing
• Strong written communication and project management skills
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and manage multiple complex projects
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
• Ability to maintain high attention to detail and focus on measurable outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with U.S. law enforcement or government sector audiences
