About the role
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of app marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Apple
- Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs such as ROAS and CPI
- Manage budgets, forecast performance, and scale campaigns
- Run A/B tests and experiments for continuous optimization
- Collaborate with Design, Media, Analytics, and Tech teams
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, media management, or e-commerce
- 1.5+ years of experience in app marketing
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities
- Knowledge of campaign setup and targeting
- Hands-on experience with Adjust, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, or Smartly
- Excellent English skills
