About the role
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for app marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Apple
- Definition, monitoring, and analysis of KPIs such as ROAS and CPI
- Budget management, performance forecasting, and campaign scaling
- Execution of A/B tests and experiments for continuous optimization
- Collaboration with design, media, analytics, and tech teams
- Mentoring junior team members
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1.5+ years of experience in app marketing
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities
- Practical experience with Adjust, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, App Stores, or Smartly
- Very good written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of campaign setup and targeting
- Experience with Paid Social such as Meta Advantage+ Catalog Ads
