Responsibilities
- Lead the development of marketing strategies for Amazon Business to motivate sellers and accelerate B2B growth in the Japan marketplace
- Formulate actionable plans based on marketing strategies and manage progress through robust tracking mechanisms
- Drive and improve B2B programs by deeply understanding seller needs and collaborating with internal stakeholders like Product and Account Management teams
- Set clear marketing goals and use data-driven insights to optimize campaign efficiency and deliver results
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional marketing experience
- Proven experience using data and metrics to drive business improvements
- Proficiency in Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience in brand identity, voice development, and creating marketing content
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using customer research and hard data to generate forecasts and assess program efficacy
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms
- Experience in targeting, segmentation, and reporting for demand generation
