Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company's Demand Creation grand strategy
• Design and execute marketing plans and programs that drive business growth
• Develop and manage the product portfolio roadmap for the next 2–5 years
• Lead the Product Development and Research teams
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to implement marketing programs in the field
• Identify market opportunities and formulate strategies to accelerate business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or 5 years as a Product Development Manager
• Experience in the insecticide and/or fungicide industry
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, demand creation, and product development
• Proven experience in market analysis and customer research
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
