Responsibilities

• Build the US marketing function from scratch, defining priorities, processes, and tools
• Plan, organize, and execute events including trade shows, conferences, and webinars
• Identify speaking opportunities and partnerships at leading US robotics & AI conferences
• Drive digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid channels, and SEO/SEM
• Develop and manage multimedia content such as podcasts, videos, and thought-leadership articles
• Coordinate with the global marketing team and external vendors to ensure consistent branding
• Measure and analyze marketing performance and provide regular reports
• Build and nurture a network of partners, agencies, and media contacts in the US

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event management
• Background in tech, robotics, or AI preferred
• Proven success in digital marketing including social, performance, and SEO/SEM
• Strong experience in event management and conference planning
• Creative storytelling skills with experience in podcasts and video production
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to build structures from scratch
• Excellent English communication skills
