Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead market opportunity assessments for CV, GI, and Specialty care therapeutic areas in China.
• Prepare business cases and seek endorsement from the China management team and regional/global stakeholders.
• Develop and own portfolio strategies and Long Range Plans (5-10 years) to support revenue and profit goals.
• Identify development strategies to accelerate channel business and work closely with commercial and retail teams.
• Partner with sales teams to implement brand marketing strategies and monitor sales promotion KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, regulatory, finance, and market access to ensure product success.

Requirements

• 8 years of professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent in both oral and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in New Product Planning (NPP), brand marketing, market research, or Business Development (BD).
• Balanced experience working in both agency and corporate environments.
• Thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical and medical device markets.
• Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.
