Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the weekly member newsletter end to end including writing, editing, and coordinating inputs
• Write and manage all member-facing communications such as event invitations, onboarding emails, and engagement campaigns
• Maintain and evolve 3i's brand voice across all written touchpoints
• Manage and grow 3i's presence on LinkedIn and other relevant brand channels
• Support the development and execution of marketing strategy for events and the annual Summit
• Collaborate with leadership to develop messaging for new products and community programming
• Manage relationships with freelance writers, designers, and creative vendors
• Track performance of email communications and brand channels to inform strategy

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications
• Exceptional writing skills with clarity and strong editorial instinct
• Proven track record owning a newsletter or regular content publication
• Experience managing a brand's social presence, particularly LinkedIn
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar email marketing platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, lean environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a financial services firm, media company, or premium consumer brand
• Genuine interest in investing, private markets, or finance
