Marketing Lifecycle Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full post-lead, pre-sale marketing strategy across email, SMS, and other channels
• Build and optimize audience segmentation and lead scoring models in HubSpot
• Architect and manage HubSpot workflows and lifecycle stage definitions
• Develop interest-based segmentation strategies to tailor messaging to buyer motivations
• Adapt nurture programs for new and existing geographies and regional rebate availability
• Partner with sales teams to build enablement materials and create feedback loops
• Identify funnel leaks and conversion bottlenecks using HubSpot reporting and analytics
• Drive performance against lead-to-appointment conversion rates and funnel velocity

Requirements

• 4–6 years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience in high-growth or startup environments
• Hands-on HubSpot expertise including workflow logic, lead scoring, and attribution dashboards
• Experience adapting lifecycle programs across multiple geographies
• Familiarity with email, SMS, paid retargeting, and organic marketing channels
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Proficiency with AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency
• Excellent written communication skills for nurture copy and briefs
