Marketing Lecturer

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in marketing and business disciplines
• Administer and assess examinations, assignments, and projects in line with academic requirements
• Provide academic advising, mentoring, and guidance to students throughout their lifecycle
• Develop and support initiatives to improve student engagement, retention, and employability
• Maintain an active research and scholarly agenda to comply with AACSB requirements
• Promote research collaboration across the Curtin global campus and with industry partners
• Develop and maintain partnerships with industry and community organizations

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Marketing or a closely related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at Undergraduate and Post Graduate levels
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education
• Active research portfolio with a track record of publications in reputable, preferably ABDC indexed journals
• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse range of students and build rapport in various learning contexts
