Marketing Leader

Responsibilities

• Own product positioning and messaging frameworks across customer segments including broker-dealers, RIAs, global banks, and fintechs.
• Manage the brand identity, sharpening visual and verbal consistency across the website, decks, social media, and product surfaces.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives for traders, advisors, and compliance officers.
• Execute demand generation through campaigns, customer case studies, and executive content to drive qualified pipeline.
• Set the strategy for industry events and high-touch client engagements such as salon roundtables and product launches.

Requirements

• Proven experience building B2B positioning and brand frameworks.
• High level of taste in design, content, and storytelling.
• Ability to learn technical financial markets and represent them accurately to sophisticated buyers.
• Founder-level ownership mindset with the ability to drive a function from scratch.
• A "strategist who ships" mentality—capable of both high-level planning and hands-on execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4–8 years of marketing experience, specifically in product marketing or startup GTM roles.
• Background in financial services, capital markets, or B2B fintech infrastructure.
• A portfolio of personally shipped work, including positioning, copy, and brand systems.
