Marketing Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead firmwide marketing strategy and partner with executive leadership to align priorities with firmwide goals
• Shape and evolve the firm’s brand identity, messaging, and market presence across all channels
• Collaborate with Principals to strengthen capture strategies, proposal processes, and competitive positioning
• Oversee the development of marketing materials, including proposals, digital campaigns, and thought leadership content
• Implement digital marketing campaigns and evaluate AI tools for content development and automation
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team
• Manage marketing operations, including budget, vendor relationships, and scalable workflows
• Plan and oversee industry conferences, sponsorships, and networking events

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience in consulting or professional services (A/E/C industry experience strongly preferred)
• Expertise in strategic planning, brand management, and digital marketing
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics dashboards
• Proven ability to translate technical information into compelling narratives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with proposal development and pursuit strategy (RFQs/RFPs)
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing applications and emerging technologies
