Marketing Lead (SEO, Content & PPC)

Responsibilities

• Set quarterly channel strategy and OKRs for SEO, content, and paid media
• Manage monthly budgets across paid channels with a focus on CAC and ROAS
• Lead technical SEO audits and drive topical authority through cluster planning and internal linking
• Define content strategy tied to the buyer journey and manage freelance writers and editors
• Own end-to-end campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Manage, coach, and grow the Junior Marketing Executive

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing across SEO, content, and PPC
• Deep proficiency with Ahrefs or SEMrush, GA4, GSC, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
• Experience working with at least one CMS
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets and dashboards
• Proven track record of driving organic growth and managing paid campaign performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Customer.io
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Tableau
• Exposure to lifecycle and email marketing
• Experience launching products in new markets or categories
