Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing contact for assigned utility clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, including email, paid media, digital marketing, events, and website projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and workflows for multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage project budgets, scopes of work, and resource requirements to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and implement optimization strategies based on performance data.
• Coordinate efforts across Creative, Web Operations, and Account Management teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Present campaign results, project updates, and strategic recommendations to clients in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client and account management.
• Strong track record of executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage complex workflows and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in budget and scope management.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and driving team performance.

• Previous experience working in an agency environment.
