Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for VP Ops and fulfillment leaders
• Build and run demand generation via paid, organic, events, and partnerships
• Create case studies, product narratives, landing pages, and email sequences
• Utilize AI tools for content, research, data analysis, and campaign work
• Manage the company website to optimize for conversion
• Support co-marketing efforts with distribution partners
• Set up attribution and track pipeline contribution and conversion rates
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams

Requirements

• Ability to write clear, direct, and technical-to-non-technical copy
• Proficiency using AI tools for daily workflows
• Ability to work independently and figure out complex tasks
• Systems-thinking approach to marketing processes
• Desire to own the marketing function and build from the ground up

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing technical products to industrial or operations buyers
• Experience building marketing workflows with AI, Zapier, or Make
• Background in logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain
• Proficiency with analytics tools like GA4, Mixpanel, or SQL
• Experience building a content brand, newsletter, or startup marketing function
