Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across digital channels including Google Ads, SEO, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Own marketing budgets and track critical growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Analyze user acquisition funnels and feature usage data to optimize activation and retention.
• Define and elevate the brand voice to make B2B invoicing and payments feel simple and modern.
• Oversee content marketing, social media, community building, and PR initiatives to establish thought leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team of content creators, performance specialists, and designers.
• Align marketing strategies with Product, Growth, and Sales teams to support business targets.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
• Background in Fintech, SaaS, E-commerce, or B2B tech industries.
• Proven track record of managing both brand-building campaigns and performance/growth marketing.
• Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, CleverTap, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Google Ads Manager and CRM tools.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial features into engaging narratives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-execution startup environment.
