Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline generation and marketing-attributed revenue targets end to end
• Build and execute a high-velocity, experiment-led growth strategy across paid, organic, and outbound channels
• Launch and scale performance marketing across paid media, SEO, partnerships, and lifecycle channels
• Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that converts across channels
• Work closely with sales to optimize funnel conversion and reduce sales cycle length
• Own marketing analytics, attribution, and ROI tracking, including CAC and LTV visibility
• Manage external and internal resources to execute at speed and scale

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in marketing
• Prior experience as a marketing lead at a high-growth startup
• Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue rather than just vanity metrics
• Deep expertise in demand generation, growth marketing, and performance channels
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on metrics, conversion, and ROI
• Highly hands-on capability with a bias for action and personal accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, proptech, or SaaS platforms
• Experience operating in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
• Familiarity with both B2B and B2C growth strategies
