Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing team in Bangkok to drive market success across both user and driver funnels in Thailand.
• Develop and implement 360° marketing communications and PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and local relevance.
• Manage a wide range of communication materials including social media, print, signage, video, and TVC.
• Oversee the production process by briefing communication teams, production houses, and internal creative departments.
• Define campaign key messages, target audiences, and goals to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Handle copywriting and content creation for all internal and external publications.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, assessing ROI and KPIs through bi-weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing communication and media planning.
• Fluency in both Thai and English (verbal and written) with strong presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to guide decision-making and align multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a startup or a fast-paced organizational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to measure and report on the performance of complex marketing campaigns.
