Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the Brazilian affiliate team to deliver on business objectives and align with company goals
• Develop and own the affiliate operating framework, including campaign management and process optimization
• Manage, mentor, and develop team members through regular check-ins and performance reviews
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting on team progress and campaign performance to stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day engagement with partners and affiliates to spot growth opportunities
• Establish processes for cross-departmental collaboration with social and CRM teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and AI tools
• Experience managing an affiliate pipeline and chasing new partnerships
• Working knowledge of affiliate or CRM/sales platforms such as NetRefer
• Native or fluent Portuguese speaker (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in affiliate program recruitment and onboarding
• Background in competitive industries such as crypto or iGaming
• Ability to work across global time zones when needed
