About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, oversee, and execute a Product Marketing campaign calendar to drive exposure and performance for domain products.
- Act as the primary liaison between retail, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on engagement strategies.
- Monitor key metrics, such as GMV and domain growth, to assess campaign success and identify optimization areas.
- Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts through innovative channels and cross-functional collaboration.
- Perform regular quality checks on campaigns to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Assign and oversee team projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met while managing workloads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
- 4-5+ years of experience in product marketing campaign management or customer engagement.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (excellent verbal and written communication skills).
- Proven experience with customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with experience coordinating cross-departmental teams.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for beauty and household products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or consumer brand industries.
- Previous experience leading customer engagement campaigns across diverse channels.
