We build communication infrastructure and AI agents that handle workflows like scheduling, billing, and prescription refills, allowing healthcare teams to focus on patient care. Founded by clinical and technical experts, we are backed by Accel, Y Combinator, and Sequoia.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the company story, positioning, and messaging
• Build and execute campaigns to generate pipeline with healthcare executives
• Create intimate customer events, executive roundtables, and strategic gatherings
• Maximize ROI from annual conferences through strategic meetings and speaking opportunities
• Develop high-conversion content including case studies, ROI calculators, and sales materials
• Enable the sales team with competitive intelligence and thought leadership

Requirements

• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in enterprise healthcare or growth-stage startups
• Proven track record in relationship building through events and community building
• Deep understanding of health system buying processes and key influencers
• Ability to distill complex technology into simple, repeatable narratives
• Scrappy execution skills ranging from content writing to event organization
• Ability to work from the NYC office daily

• Experience being a solo marketer and laying foundations for future teams
• Focus on pipeline influence and competitive wins over vanity metrics
• Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution
