Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support brand management and business development
• Create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, case studies, and client presentations
• Manage the company website (CMS) and social media channels to enhance digital presence
• Support the bid and tender process by preparing and formatting professional proposal responses
• Coordinate client events, exhibitions, and industry sponsorships
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable intelligence to leadership
• Maintain brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 6+ years of professional marketing experience within the engineering or construction sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent design tools
• Familiarity with CRM and project tracking platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or MEED
• Experience managing CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and social media channels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
