Marketing Intern, Partnership

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and rollout of the Back to School campaign to drive brand buzz.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and daily coordination of student leaders for the Campus Ambassador Program.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ambassadors, providing creative feedback and ensuring brand alignment.
• Maintain organized records of ambassador deliverables, performance metrics, and product seeding logistics.
• Monitor Gen Z culture and the Asian consumer market to pitch fresh partnership ideas.
• Provide logistical support for brand partnerships and event execution.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a post-secondary program (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred).
• Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships with students and stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in tracking data and pulling reports.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Brea, CA, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of social media trends popular with Gen Z and the Asian consumer market.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
