Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Northwest Marketing Team with day-to-day functions and administrative tasks
• Develop skills with Salesforce, Marketo, Monday.com, and Canva
• Maintain registration lists, event calendars, and regional team updates
• Assist with organizing and executing regional events
• Submit campaign buildout tickets
• Create and track sponsorship agreements
• Help develop promotional assets

Requirements

• Reside within 20-25 miles of Portland, OR preferred; Boise, ID or Bay Area, CA considered
• Eligible for full-time hire in early 2027
• Experience working with high urgency in fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail
• Works well with a team
• Organized and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM databases and Marketing Automation Platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo
• Creative thinker who brings fresh perspectives to event marketing, social media, and branded experiences

Benefits

• Part-time, hybrid paid internship at $20 per hour
• GPSU cohort running from August 31 to November 20, 2026
• Travel up to 25% for local events within the Northwest Region
• Support 25-29 hours per week, Monday through Friday
