Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company website to improve SEO/GEO performance and conversion rates
• Execute the company LinkedIn strategy and support founders in establishing thought leadership
• Level up the product newsletter sent to users at top pharma and biotech companies
• Design on-brand assets and support the creation of sales decks using tools like Canva and PowerPoint
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, content engagement, and conversion rates
• Coordinate logistics for conferences and events, including materials and booth setup
• Support general office operations and host customers, talent, and investors in the Munich office

Requirements

• Strong writing and research skills with the ability to refine AI-assisted drafts
• Experience using AI drafting and design tools
• High level of organizational skills to manage multiple channels and moving pieces
• Ability to design high-quality, on-brand visual assets
• A data-driven mindset focused on measuring and improving performance

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in the intersection of AI and Life Sciences
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Passion for branding, content creation, and high-standard design
