About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop business scenarios for overseas markets and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Identify product gaps and new business opportunities to build investment business cases
- Define product strategy, platform roadmaps, and manage product portfolio lifecycles
- Translate customer needs into product and system requirements in collaboration with engineering
- Develop commercial business cases including profitability, ROI, and investment analysis
- Estimate R&D efforts, resource requirements, target costs, and competitive market pricing
- Support sales during customer acquisition activities and prepare technical-commercial presentations
- Develop go-to-market strategies and product launch materials
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the eDrive, electrification, or automotive industry
- Experience in Product Management, Product Planning, Business Development, Strategy, Sales Engineering, or System Engineering
- Experience working with global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
- Experience in customer acquisition (RFI/RFQ) and commercial discussions
- Proven ability to define product roadmaps, business cases, or product portfolio strategies
- Combination of business acumen, product strategy, and automotive technical knowledge
