Marketing Information and Systems Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, ensure, and distribute technological equipment and IT systems used in commercial operations to guarantee operational efficiency.
• Plan the replacement of mobile equipment, including handheld devices and printers.
• Coordinate with corporate headquarters for the distribution of equipment to business units.
• Implement procedures for lost or stolen equipment and promote correct usage among the sales force.
• Assign, apply, and communicate sales quotas for compensation management across CEDIs, routes, and clients.
• Design, update, and communicate strategic and operational indicator reports.
• Present regional performance results and coordinate the regional scorecard.
• Apply and follow up on market surveys and coordinate survey design with corporate.
• Collaborate on, assign, and validate incentive programs for the sales force.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, security, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 2 years of experience in information, database, or statistical coordination.
• 3 years of experience as a Sales Analyst.
• Expert knowledge of SAP BW, SCA, and ISCOMM.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or Postgraduate studies.
