Marketing Head (Cardio Diabetes)

Responsibilities

• Formulate long-term and short-term strategic marketing plans and budgets to drive sales growth across assigned regions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to identify opportunities for market share expansion.
• Analyze AIOCD and CMARC data to develop and implement effective tactical plans.
• Conceptualize and execute sales promotional activities, product launches, and CMEs to build brand awareness.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, medical professionals, and opinion leaders.
• Provide direction and motivation to the field sales team to ensure optimum performance and strategy implementation.
• Manage marketing operations and ensure a strong return on investment for all campaigns.

Requirements

• MBA in Marketing or Pharmaceutical Management.
• 12-14 years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance guidelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically for 7-10 days at a stretch.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in Cardio-Diabetes therapy areas.
• Experience with performance marketing and analyzing marketing ROI.
