Marketing & Growth Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, support, and execute offline events, meetups, and activations across the US
• Represent Mantle in real-world settings to engage attendees and convert interactions into qualified leads and partnerships
• Support ecosystem growth initiatives and manage co-marketing initiatives with media, KOLs, and creators
• Execute growth campaigns, community activations, and bounty programs
• Create and execute compelling content for Web3 audiences on X (Twitter), including threads, posts, and ecosystem narratives
• Coordinate workflows across external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure execution consistency

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in crypto/Web3 marketing, ecosystem, community, or growth
• Hands-on experience organizing, hosting, or supporting IRL industry events
• Strong local network within the crypto, Web3, or RWA ecosystems
• Experience in marketing operations, execution, or coordination-heavy roles
• Strong storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate with high ownership in a fast-paced, distributed environment
