Responsibilities

• Manage paid search campaigns across multiple European markets, including keyword strategy, copy, and bid logic.
• Own the end-to-end creation of landing pages for campaigns, competitors, and new use cases.
• Execute SEO and content strategies through keyword research, briefs, and performance tracking.
• Oversee marketing operations, including automation workflows, CRM hygiene, and campaign attribution.
• Localize campaigns and assets for ES, FR, DE, IT, and PT markets, adapting tone and regulatory context.
• Perform reporting and analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (performance, content, growth, or ops).
• Proven experience running marketing campaigns or channels independently.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze reports and act on insights.
• Near-native proficiency in either Spanish or English.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, CMS, and CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Experience with multi-market or multilingual campaigns.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, 0-to-1 environment.
