Marketing & Growth Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify unconventional avenues to increase Finshots discoverability and subscriber growth
• Build and manage Finshots branding within relevant online communities and forums
• Coordinate with SEO, Performance Marketing, and Influencer teams to execute subscription campaigns
• Expand the Finshots College Weekly (FCW) program to over 150 colleges nationwide
• Execute student engagement activities including case study competitions, challenges, and speaker sessions
• Track the growth, deliverability, and overall impact of college programs
• Manage daily operational tasks such as social media DMs, inbound emails, and merchandise shipments

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, growth, operations, or community-building roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• High level of ownership and a knack for finding unconventional growth opportunities
• Experience working with student communities, campus programs, or ambassador networks
• Familiarity with online communities and platforms such as Reddit, Discord, and LinkedIn
