Marketing Growth Analyst

Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We are building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company to make clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing data lake end-to-end, including Iceberg, Glue, dbt, Fivetran, and Metabase
• Manage bronze/silver/gold models, schemas, freshness, and cost
• Set up source integrations for channels like Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot, and CTV
• Design and maintain multi-touch attribution and incrementality models
• Build experimentation infrastructure for geo holdouts and conversion lift studies
• Develop LTV, conversion, and channel ROI models
• Create Metabase dashboards for leadership, marketing, and sales teams
• Act as a data partner to the GTM team to answer strategic business questions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with marketing, growth, or revenue data
• Deep fluency in dbt and experience with medallion architecture
• Hands-on experience with modern data lake or warehouse stacks (Iceberg, Glue, Snowflake, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Proven experience building attribution models and supporting experimentation at scale
• Ability to design functional, high-quality dashboards
• Strong focus on data quality, testing, and monitoring
• AI-native workflow using tools like Claude Code or Cursor
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical data to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Iceberg, AWS Glue, Fivetran, dbt, and Metabase
• Experience with marketing APIs (Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot)
• Experience scaling companies from nine to ten figures in revenue
• Experience with identity resolution and customer data platforms
