Marketing Graduate

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing including copywriting, graphics, strategy and optimisation for newsletters and promotions
• Grow and manage social media channels, primarily LinkedIn, plus YouTube and Twitter
• Own graphic design and visual identity across all marketing channels
• Support website design, SEO activities and UX optimisation
• Measure and improve performance metrics and KPIs across channels
• Manage paid advertising and PPC campaigns
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and share relevant content

Requirements

• UK work permit
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or working towards university qualification)
• No specific previous work experience required; training provided
• Relentless drive and desire to excel
• Strong work ethic and high sense of urgency
• Proactive with ownership mindset and follow-through
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organised with ability to structure and prioritise work
